How to return an item

Contact us first

Email hello@avenorbeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

We'll respond within 24 hours

Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the correct return address.

Send your item back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us at hello@avenorbeauty.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost and arrange collection of the incorrect one.
