Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait from order to delivery is typically 8–17 business days. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

We verify your order details and prepare it for dispatch. During busy periods this may take up to 3 business days.
Your order is dispatched
You receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel at 17track.net.
Delivered to your door (7–14 days)
Your order arrives within 7–14 business days of dispatch. Someone must be available to receive the parcel or it may be left in a safe place.

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. This allows us to offer free shipping on every order without a minimum spend. Delivery estimates are guidelines — occasional delays may occur due to customs or courier volumes.
